Sales Conditions

The Our JUMP! Store allows you to purchase products that will be delivered to you directly after your order has been validated.

Forms of payment

The Our JUMP! Store accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. U.S. credit card issuers only.

Credit Card Processing

Upon online approval of your credit card, your order will be processed. Your card will be only charged when the order is shipped. Please note, we cannot accept orders with foreign billing addresses outside of the U.S.

Taxes

All taxes are calculated and included in the final price communicated at the end of your order. The Our JUMP! Store is required by law to declare an accurate value on all shipments.

Warranty

The Our JUMP! Store guarantees the best availability of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that a product will not be out of stock at any given time. 

It is the policy of The Our JUMP! Store to make sure that we have the best availability of products on the site. If a product is temporarily unavailable, it may not be shown for a short period of time in The Our JUMP! Store, or it may be shown as 'Out of Stock'. You will not be able to purchase these items as long as the stock has not been refilled. 

Please Note: We try to ensure that all products placed in your shopping cart, and further all those that are actually ordered, are in stock at the time of these actions. However, it might be possible that an item you have ordered is actually 'Out of Stock' due to an exception, and is not coming back 'In-stock' immediately. In these cases, the order will be cancelled, and one of our Customer Service Representatives will contact you to update you, and perhaps assist you in placing a new order without the 'Out of Stock' item

Cancellations

Unfortunately, since we are processing your order as quickly as possible, we are not able to accommodate order cancellations

Damaged / Defective

If you receive a damaged or defective item, at our discretion, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund after you have returned the damaged or defective product. You will not be charged any additional shipping fees for replacement items.

Shipping Options & Charges

We offer four shipping options: Standard Ground, 2nd Day, Overnight and Saturday Delivery through UPS. All shipping charges are calculated as part of your order finalization process.

-Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of credit card approval. 
-Orders placed on an official holiday will be processed and shipped on the following business day. 

SPECIAL NOTE: we only ship to U.S. addresses. For orders outside the U.S., please contact customer service for special handling.

Shipping Address Disclaimer

Your shipping address is checked by our system for security reasons and to guarantee the best delivery time. We are using 'Delivery Address Verification' of Cybersource, a software package that is updated regularly and that contains all valid addresses from the United States of America. You will be asked to change your shipping address if this address is not known by Cybersource. 

You may validate a shipping address which has not been recognized by Cybersource. However, for those shipments the delivery and delivery schedule cannot be guaranteed.

Returns Policy

30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. WE GUARANTEE YOUR SATISFACTION WITH ALL OUR JUMP! MERCHANDISE. YOU MAY RETURN ANY UNDAMAGED ITEM WITH RECEIPT WITHIN 30 DAYS FOR A FULL REFUND OR EXCHANGE OF THE PURCHASE PRICE (MINUS SHIPPING AND HANDLING) 

To return an item, please follow the instructions on the back of your packing slip. Note the reason for your return and enclose the slip in the shipping carton. Securely wrap the package and send it to the address listed on the back of your packing slip. If you do not have your packing slip, please contact us at Service@OurJUMP.com. 

Once received and inspected, a credit will be issued for all returned items meeting the 30 day guarantee provisions. The credit will be issued to the card upon which the order was originally placed. 

Please note: no exchange or return on items with reduced retail prices, special promotions, sales etc.

SALE ITEMS

ALL Sale items are FINAL, no refunds or exchanges, except if the merchandise arrived damaged.

Refund by Mail - Details

Your credit or refund will take 10 - 14 business days. If you ordered via credit card, we'll credit your account and it will appear on your following statement, possibly longer depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle.
